Netflix Price Increase 2024. While netflix itself has not indicated that a price hike is on the horizon, analysts at ubs securities (reported by variety) suggest that netflix will increase the price of its streaming. For customers on the basic plan (which you can no longer sign up for) the new price per month is going up from $9.99 to $11.99.
Elsewhere in the ubs research note, analysts pointed out nielsen data which shows netflix’s share of us television viewing rose to 7.9% in january 2024, up from 7.7% the previous month. 2023 subscription costs will pay for 2024’s increased content and talent costs.
